Duty of Position for Pastor

Responsible for the overall operation of the WOLM & Dream Center Corporations, plus performance of the Word of Life Ministries. Responsible for developing, equipping and training leaders and laypeople of performing their God given gifts and abilities for the Dream Center, Community and Ministry into the Community. 

 

 

Goals & Objectives

•Implement what God has given for the Word of Life Ministries.

 

•Build a loyal and responsive team that fosters positive working relationships with all members.

 

•Promote an environment of diversity and belonging to all members in the Word of Life Ministries.

 

•Establish and implement a process to communicate policy and direction to every member.

 

•Review, approve, and support Word of Life Ministries programs.

 

•Establish an environment that promotes the value: Loyalty, Duty, Respect, Selfless-Service, Honor, Integrity, and Personal  Courage.
